Pricing, licensing, services, and add-ons in Eurekos
Eurekos offers a flexible licensing model designed to support organizations delivering training to internal or external audiences. The pricing model is based on monthly active users (MAU), allowing organizations to scale training programs without paying for inactive accounts.
Licensing includes the full Eurekos platform with all standard system features, infrastructure, and technical support.
Pricing model
Eurekos licensing starts at:
€475 per month
This entry plan includes 50 monthly active users.
A monthly active user (MAU) is defined as a user who logs in to the platform during a given month.
Important aspects of this model include:
- Multiple logins from the same user within a month count as one active user
- Logins from both the web platform and mobile app are included
- Organizations are not charged for registered users who do not log in
This model allows organizations to maintain large user bases without paying for inactive accounts.
Additional pricing models and enterprise licensing options are available. Organizations interested in these options can contact the Eurekos team at:

Technical support and customer success
Technical support and customer service are included in the standard licensing.

Customers also receive continued support when expanding their learning environments, including assistance with configuring new organizations (customer portals) and setting up SSO solutions for external partners or clients.
Optional add-ons
Most native platform features are included in the standard Eurekos license. However, a small number of optional add-ons are available for organizations with specific requirements.
Mobile learning app (iOS and Android)
The Eurekos mobile app enables learners to access training from mobile devices.
Key capabilities include:
- offline access to training content
- automatic progress synchronization when reconnecting online
- push notifications for learning updates
- biometric authentication for secure access
- training reminders and calendar notifications
- access to certification status and learning progress
The mobile app allows learners to continue training even when offline, such as during travel or in environments with limited connectivity.
Branded mobile app
Organizations can optionally deploy a fully branded version of the Eurekos mobile app.
This option provides:
- a customer-specific app name
- a custom app icon and visual identity
- publication under the customer’s own app store account
- optional payment capabilities within the app
The branded app is published as a standalone application in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Maintenance and updates are managed by the Eurekos development team, and all improvements to the standard mobile app are also included in the branded version.
This option can also enable monetization features such as charging for app downloads or supporting in-app purchases.
Pricing for the branded mobile app is determined based on the required configuration and customer requirements.
AI content translation
The AI Content Translation add-on enables automated translation of training content into 195+ languages.
Supported translation capabilities include:
- course modules
- video subtitles
- H5P interactive content
- other learning content elements
The add-on also enables AI-driven video transcription (audio-to-text), allowing spoken content in videos to be converted into text transcripts.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base add-on provides an integrated help and documentation system within the platform.
Capabilities include:
- searchable help articles
- FAQs and structured documentation
- role-specific support content
- categorized knowledge topics
The knowledge base is managed by administrators through a dedicated management interface and can also be used to publish release notes and send notifications to users.
Pre-production platform
Organizations can deploy an additional pre-production environment for testing and validation.
The pre-production platform allows organizations to:
- test new features before release
- validate custom configurations
- experiment with platform settings
- prepare for upcoming platform updates
The pre-production environment mirrors the production platform configuration while operating with lower capacity and performance. New platform releases are deployed to pre-production first, allowing organizations to review updates before they reach the live environment.
Services
In addition to the platform license, Eurekos offers professional services to help organizations design, implement, and evolve their learning platforms.
These services support organizations throughout the full lifecycle of their learning environment.
