How Platform Updates Are Delivered

Customers with a preproduction platform

  • Your preproduction platform will be automatically updated to the new version when a release is published, allowing you to review and test new functionality before updating your production environment.
  • Production updates can then be scheduled when you are ready.

Customers without a preproduction platform

  • Your platform will be updated automatically according to the release schedule. When a new platform version is released, your environment will automatically receive that update one month later - meaning that on the date the next version is published, your platform will be updated to the previous release version.
  • If you wish to receive a new release earlier, you may request the update once the release becomes available.
