Edit H5P interactions from within the course

Added a much requested option to edit an H5P object directly from the course page. This opens the H5P in a new browser tab to make edits without having to look for this in your archives. 

This automatically updates in your originating tab, once saved.

• Added hash for bio URL.
• Make "other" filter configurable on "trainings I attend" widget.
• API: Added ability to POST user with state value.
• Added "activity_description" token to automated emails and certificates.
