Manage users, roles, permissions, and profile data — including bulk user import and account updates — to ensure secure access, accurate segmentation, and controlled governance across the platform.
  • Roles (Overview and Permissions)

    Predefined roles define what users can see and manage on the platform—from full administration to course management, reporting, or standard learner access.
  • User Profile

    The User Profile is the platform’s central hub. All permissions, enrollments, automation, reporting, and access are driven by the data stored on each user’s profile.
  • Merge user accounts

    Merge multiple user accounts to retain training history, certificates, progress, and transactions. Select the main account to keep—other accounts are permanently deleted and their data transferred.
  • Users list

    Manage users efficiently from the Users list using search, filters, and bulk actions. Create, import, export, enroll, block, merge, or delete users in just a few clicks—based on dynamic profile data, without relying on static groups.
  • Create a new user

    Create users manually or automatically via the Users list, activities, import, QR links, self-signup, API, or SSO. User creation alone does not grant training access.
